IN TENNESSE IF A PHYSICIANS OFFICE CALLS IN A PRESCRIPTION AND STATES DISPENSE BRAND ONLY CAN THE PHARMACIST WRITE BRAND NECESSARY OR DISPENSE AS WRITTEN?

OR DOES THE PHYSICIAN HAVE TO EPRESCRIBE OR FAX IT IN STATING THAT?

Due to the fact that different laws, regulations, and procedures vary from state to state, it is best to check with the Board of Pharmacy in Tennesse to get your answer on this. They have the final say and are the ones who have the authority in questions like these.
