1/4 tablet every 12 hours, #15 will last 30 days. How do we figure that? How many tablets (or less) will be taken in 1 day? 1/4 tablet X 2 doses each day (2-12 hour segments each day) = 1/2 tablet taken daily. #15 tablets, at 1/2 tablet daily will last 30 days. Thirty days, times 0.5 tablets = #15 tablets.

Or to put things in a different way, #15 tablets (a "known" already given to us in the question) divided by 0.5 tablets = 30 days supply.
