If the Humulin R 10ml vials are 100 Units per 1ml, then it is fairly easy to figure the answer to this question. First of all, Humulin R 100u/1ml has a beyond-use date of 28 days once the vial is opened.

PC stands for "after meals" or "after meal".

So 15 units twice a day after breakfast and lunch combined with 30 units after dinner equals a total of 60 units daily.

In a 10ml Vial of Humulin R, 100 units per 1ml translate to 1000 units in each vial (100 units times 10mls to a vial.) So we divide 1000 by 60 units daily and we come out with 16 Days supply for 1 vial.

So we have two vials. So now we multiply 16 days supply times 2 (2-10ml vials) and we come up with 32 days supply for 2 vials of 10ml each of Humulin R 100units/1ml.
