7.6ml BID which is 324.4mg per divided dose

220mg/5ml is the ratio on hand

325mg BID is needed

220mg/5ml = 44mg/1ml = 4.4mg/0.1ml = 110mg/2.5ml

add 220mg/5ml and 110mg/2.5ml and 4.4mg/0.1ml

and you get 7.6ml

324.4mg/7.6ml

This appears to be as close as we can get as far as tenths of an ml to the 325mg that we are attempting to get to.
