Diflucan/ Nuvaring

I’m having debate with rph diflucan 150mg 1q72h qty 2. I say it’s 7 day supply 2/2=1x7= 7 days supply

Nuvaring qty 1: insert 1 ring for 21 days off 7 days repeat On day 29 which means 28 days supply not 21? Right

On the Diflucan 150mg, 1 tablet every 72 hours with a quantity of 2, would equal 6 days. 72 hours = 3 days x 2 pills = 6 days supply.

As for the NuvaRing, Insert 1 ring for 21 days, remove for 7 days, then repeat with a new ring.
21 days + 7 days = 1 NuvaRing = a 28 days supply.
