HIPPA Question: Pharm tech called me to "hit on me." Is this a HIPPA Violation?

PharmTech Called to "Hit On Me"

A pharm tech in my grocery store was helping me with my prescription, there was some confusion and mix-ups, but he said it would be ready the next day. He updated my phone number and made sure my address was correct.

The next day, I received 2 calls from a number I did not recognize. No messages were left. I googled the number and it was for a different grocery store.

The next day, the number called me again, I answered and it was the pharm tech that originally helped me. He asked if I was able to pick up my prescription finally, I said no, it didnt come in. He told me the cost of the prescription, then, he said he tried to call me yesterday and he couldn't get a hold of me. I said I was busy with work. He then asked what I did for work, did I have any pets, any Christmas plans?

I finally realized he was "hitting on me" and said I have to go, goodbye. He said Merry Christmas.

Very troubling to me as he called me 3 times for non-pharmacy related issues and has my address.
