HIPPA Violation? Tech accessing pharmacy records of boyfriends ex and child

(It could happen anywhere)
My ex (who I have a contentious relationship with) recently started dating a pharmacy tech. I have not used that particular local pharmacy in over a year, way before they met. During a tiff with my ex over our child, the tech became involved over text and told me what medications I had in the past as an insult and even mentioned my toddler's bout with pneumonia. I feel like she has accessed our records maliciously and illegally. Is this a HIPAA violation?
