1 tablet po qid (4x) a day x4 days = 1x4x4=16 tablets
1 tablet po tid (3x) a day x3 days = 1x3x3=9 tablets
1 tablet po bid (2x) a day x2 days = 1x2x2=4 tabs
1 tablet po qd (1x) a day x7 days = 1x1x7=7 tabs

Now total them all up

16+9+4+7=36

36 tablets should be dispensed.
