I have prescription for three month supply of Xanax I recieved one month supply of 60. It says 0.67 refills left . How many pills is remaining?

The first thing I'd do would be to check with the pharmacy that filled your Xanax.

If you had an original prescription for a three month supply, and you only filled one month, then you should have two months left.

1/3 of a 90 day supply = 60 = 0.33
the remaining amount:
2/3 of a 90 day supply = 120 = 0.67

Feel free to post what your pharmacy says below. It seems likely that you have 2-30 day refills, or 120 Xanax pills remaining on your prescription.
