How do you work this problem:
The directions on a prescription read 1 tbsp qid, ac and hs. The quantity to be dispensed for a 30 days supply.

Answer: 1 tbsp = 1 tablespoon = 15 ML. AC is after meals and HS is at bedtime. So after meals (3 times a day) plus at bedtime (1 time daily) = 4 times daily. 15ML X 4 (times daily) = 60 ML per day. Multiply 60 ML by 30 days = 1,800 ML for a thirty day supply.

Do you mean "1 TBSP QID, AC and HS"? If you did, then the answer is "1 Tablespoonful four times daily, after meals and at bedtime"
