First of all, 10mg of Coumadin taken QOD or every other day, is an unusual frequency and dosing.

To figure the answer of this question, it is really quite simple. Two tablets every two days (for 90 days) is the same number of tablets as if it were 1 tablet daily for 90 days.... it's #90 tablets either way.
