15ml q6h = 60ml QD

360 divided by 60 is 6

Your 360ml of Lortab should last you at the least, 6 days, most likely longer due to the fact that you probably aren't waking up every 6 hours to take your dose ATC (around the clock.)

One final note-it doesn't matter what you are taking, it only matters what the doctor prescribed for you. If you take what you want and don't follow the provider's instructions, you may run out early and you may not be able to have enough coverage for your pain.
