Days Supply equals 24 days
by: David

Let's break this down.

1 TSP (5ML) PO (by mouth) BID (twice daily)

5ML x 2 (twice daily) = a maximum of 10ML daily

Divide 10ML into 240ML and you come up with 24.

With these directions and this quantity, it would last the patient 24 days and should be billed to the insurance as a 24 days supply.

Thank you for the question, Sadie!
