Seven days supply. You divide 4 into 30 for an answer of 7 days supply.

1 tablet every 6 hours works out to be 4 tablets per day. 4 Tablets per day is your daily dose. You have 30 pills in the prescription. Divide 4 into 30 and you come up with 7 with a remainder of 2 which we don't count partial days with days supply.
