The Delaware Board of Pharmacy (BOP) website contains useful information for pharmacists working in the state. Unfortunately I was unable to find any information related to pharmacy technician licensing or regulation on this website. From what I can tell, techs do not have to be licensed in DE.

The Delaware BOP operates within the Department of State, under the Division of Professional Regulation.

On the right side of the main page (click link above), contact info for the board is listed: mailing address, phone and fax number, as well as an email address. Below this, the function of the board is defined legally and information about how often and when the board meetings are.
