The Board is part of the Department of State. The PA Board of Pharmacy website homepage includes the Board's address, links to the names of the board members, and displays their mission statement. There are also links for: Information about Consumers and Licenses, Laws, Rules & Regulations, Pennsylvania Law Code for Civil Penalties, Special Notices, Fees, and a PA Board Newsletter link.

It is unclear to me at this point whether or not pharmacy technicians need to be registered in PA. I could not find any information about applying for or renewing a pharmacy technician license at the board's website.
