I don't really think that any pharmacy would fill that prescription for #30 Synthroid 88 mcg. I will explain how #30 Synthroid 88 mcg will last 105 days.

With this sig, at 1 tablet twice a week, #30 tablets would last 15 weeks, which is 15x7=105 days. Most prescriptions filled by pharmacies are limited by the customers'/patients' prescription insurance, which may limit the pharmacy to a 30-day supply or a 90-day supply.

8 Synthroid 88mcg would last 28 days. 24 Synthroid 88mcg will last 84 days.

This prescription will also have a second prescription for Synthroid 75 mcg on the alternate days from the Synthroid 88 mcg so that there will be medication coverage for each day.
