Well, if you wanted to know exactly how much you could dispense for a 34 day supply:
4 vials/per 1 day (as per the QID instructions) x 34 days = 136 vials
or
136 vials X 2.5 mL/per vial = 340 mL
Now that's about 5.44 boxes of Atrovent. Your average retail pharmacy will not want you to bust a box open, so you'll probably want to round that down (you don't want to round up, because you'll be going over a 34 day supply) to 5 boxes (125 vials, 312.5 mL), which will be a 31.25 day supply (probably want to round that down too!).
