The patient is taking 3 & 1/2 tablets weekly.

Divide 3.5 into 15 total tablets and you get roughly 4.285714

Multiply that by 7 (7 days in a week) and you get exactly 30.

So in this example, 15 Warfarin 2mg are a 30 days supply.
