legal right with doctor and patient and pharmacy

i was wondering if a pharmasict got the wrong idea one day when someone bout a pill crusher and was waiting for a couple of hours for his ride and they are taking 8 roxycodone a day and they were constipated and went to the bathroom in the pharmacy for 30 mins or so... can they make the doctor stop you immediately from prescribind you drugs?? please answer, need to kno rights..
