HIPPA Question reguarding Hydrocodone and Suboxone
Suboxone, Hydrocodone and Legal Rights...
I have just had a mrsa boil infection cut open, was then prescribed a 325mg Hydrocodone prescription to take for pain. My pharmacy called that urgent care doctor up. (He was not my reg. doctor) and told them I was on a Suboxone regimen. They then refused to give the Hydrocodone script to me. I called my doctor up who prescribes me the Suboxone and they said the pharmacy had no right to do this. What are my laws or legal rights with this? please help.
