One tablet every other day = 1 tablet every 2 days. Normally if you had 30 tabs, 1 tab daily, this would be a 30 days supply. 30 X 1 tab daily = 30 days. In this example, you need 1 tab every 2 days, so you multiply the quantity by 2, since it is every other day. 60 tabs X 2 = 120 days supply.

First of all, 10mg of Coumadin taken QOD or every other day, is an unusual frequency and dosing.

To figure the answer of this question, it is really quite simple. Two tablets every two days (for 90 days) is the same number of tablets as if it were 1 tablet daily for 90 days.... it's #90 tablets either way.
