Refills for Xanax/Zolpidem/Flexeril

I was diagnosed with PTSD by the VA years ago. I can use my local provider for med refills / doctor visits due to a program called The Choice Program that the VA uses if you are more than 40 miles from a VA facility. I have hypertension , anxiety disorder , TMJ , derealment , and insomnia. It took a long time to figure out what worked for me as far as meds go. I was used like a guinea pig for a while trying different drugs that helped me feel"normal." This is the combo that works and has for a while. My doctor , Dr. Yates out of Toccoa,Georgia , has stated that xanax cannot be prescribed for more than 90 days as well as zolpidem and flexeril.(I also take lisinipril and norvasc.)I am out of my meds and have been feeling "extremely" not well as I had to quit them cold turkey. How long can these drugs be prescribed for as my veteran buddies can have them refilled up to 180 days. Also , due to the CORONA VIRUS pandemic with either little or no travel , are there new restrictions for getting refills without visiting your doctor? thank you for your time.

Kind Regards,
