Stavudine (Zerit) comes in several different strengths: 15mg, 20mg, 30mg, and 40mg. It also comes in an oral liquid formulation.

To answer your question, a 90 days supply would depend on the patient's weight, the patient's age, and what the doctor prescribes. However, as the next two paragraphs explain, the amount of pills is the same in each situation:
For adult patients less than 60kg, 30mg every 12 hours = 2 capsules/day. In this case, a 90-day-supply is 90 X 2 caps/day = 180 = 6 bottles of #30 each.
For adult patients at least 60kg, 40mg every 12 hours = 2 capsules/day. In this case, a 90-day-supply is 90 X 2 caps/day = 180 = 6 bottles of #30 each.
