Diphenhydramine Liquid Answer
by: William

First, the maximum daily dose for diphenhydramine for an adult is 50mg. So it would never be 50mg three times daily. So, if this were not diphenhydramine, and it were something else, like a made up new drug "Capernyne", and it was 12.5mg/5ml, dispense 240ml. The days supply for this, at 20ml (50mg) three times daily (60ml/day) would be...

...240ml divided by 60ml/day = 4 days supply.
